Abstract
In response to the existing problems of equipment aging,low operational efficiency,high energy consumption,high carbon emissions and others in the downhole auxiliary transportation system of Silaogou Mine in Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group,the research based on the"dual carbon"goal and the concept of green intelligentization,a set of systematic renovation scheme is proposed and implemented.Through introducing electric rubber tyred vehicles instead of diesel powered vehicles,combining intelligent dispatching system,unmanned driving technology,and path optimization algorithm,a green intelligent auxiliary transportation system supported by 5G and UWB technology is constructed.This system optimizes vehicle operation paths and task allocation through the data-driven dispatching platform,significantly reducing the no-load rate;The application of explosion-proof lithium-ion battery and rapid battery swapping technology ensures the efficient operation of equipment;Energy management system(EMS)optimization reduces unit energy consumption.This system reduces diesel consumption by 47.5 tons per year,reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 150 tons,reduces exhaust particulate matter emissions by 85%,and decreases ventilation system energy consumption by 18%;The transportation efficiency is improved by 32%,and the annual operating cost is decreased by 3.62 million yuan.The research results provide feasible paths and practical demonstrations for the green and low-carbon transformation of the coal mine industry.关键词
