Abstract
In view of the problems such as low intelligence level,backward monitoring means,isolated data,many close man operations,long exposure time of personnel,and difficult safety management and control in Qinyu Coal Mine's 15103 track parallel fully mechanized working face,a digital twin system of intelligent fully mechanized working face for 3D scene reproduction was constructed based on digital twin technology.This system adopts a four layer architecture of"physics-data-platform-application",integrating technologies such as inertial navigation,laser ranging,AI image recognition,UWB high-precision positioning,etc.,to construct a high-precision 3D digital twin body and achieve precise simulation and intelligent optimization of the excavation process.Through adaptive cutting algorithm and path optimization technology,the automatic cutting accuracy of the roadheader is improved.The system relies on edge computing and cloud computing architecture to optimize data processing efficiency and ensure real-time monitoring and remote control of equipment states,roadway environment and operators.The application results show that the formation qualification rate of roadway section in 15103 track following fully mechanized mining face is increased to 95%,and the production efficiency is increased by 20%,which improves the intelligence and automation level of tunneling operation,reduces the safety risk,and provides effective technical support for the intelligent construction of the mine.关键词
