茄子养护采收一体机的结构设计
The structural design of an integrated eggplant maintenance and harvesting machine

Abstract
To improve the efficiency of eggplant maintenance,picking,and collection,and reduce labor costs,an integrated eggplant maintenance and harvesting machine was designed.First,according to the modular design concept,the device was divided into a picking module,a collection module,a spraying module,and a walking and stretching module,etc.The structural design of each module was elaborated in detail.Then,the finite element analysis of key parts was completed using ANSYS Workbench software to ensure the machine's strength.Finally,through 3D printing technology and the Fischertechnik creative combination model,the components were processed,assembled,and debugged.After manual operation via a remote control and automatic testing,the integrated machine was able to complete the automatic maintenance,picking,and collection of eggplants,providing a reference for intelligent agricultural production.关键词
