Abstract

A water quality monitoring device with a self-cleaning function was designed,and the existing aquaculture environment monitoring equipment was systematically optimized to address problems such as water impurities interfering with detection accuracy during aquaculture,and filter screens being easily clogged by suspended solids,which lead to unstable operation of monitoring equipment.The device used a floating plate to carry the detection cabin and the sampling pipe,and the filter screen at the water inlet of the sampling pipe was used for preliminary filtration of the water body.The filtered water sample was delivered to the detection unit by the water pump in the detection cabin to complete the analysis of water quality parameters.At the same time,the device used water flow to drive the self-cleaning component to automatically clean the surface of the filter screen,which effectively prevented the filter screen from being clogged and ensures the continuity of the monitoring process and the reliability of data.To further improve the performance of the device,a power module was added,and the data transmission mechanism and structural durability were optimized.The verification results showed that the durability of the optimized device was significantly improved.It could provide more accurate water quality data support for aquaculture farmers and achieve more stable remote data transmission.
