Abstract
As a key connecting component of trains,couplers were subjected to complex loads such as traction force,braking force,and contact surface friction during operation.Among them,the frictional heat generated by friction had a significant impact on the temperature field and stress field of couplers.Carrying out research on coupler performance under thermal-structural coupling effects was of great significance for improving their comprehensive performance.For this purpose,the coupler performance considering the influence of frictional heat was took as the research object,and adopted static strength analysis and indirect coupling methods to conduct thermal-structural coupling multi-field simulation research on the coupler body and coupler tongue.The stress distribution characteristics under the action of the temperature field were focused on,and the simulation results were compared and verified with the actual performance.The results showed that the thermal-structural coupling analysis method could effectively predict the stress state of couplers under different temperature conditions,verifying the reliability of this method.It provided a theoretical basis for the structural design and performance optimization of couplers,and helped improve the safety and stability of couplers in actual operation.关键词
