肌内效贴与颊针联合应用治疗妊娠期骨盆带疼痛效果观察
Efficacy of Kinesio tape combined with cheek acupuncture in the treatment of pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kinesio tape(KT)combined with cheek acupuncture in the treatment of pelvic girdle pain(PGP)during pregnancy.Methods A total of 108 pregnant patients with PGP were divided into two groups based on the different treatment methods:KT treatment group(54 patients,group A)and KT com-bined with cheek acupuncture treatment group(54 patients,group B).Before treatment(T0),1 day after the first treat-ment(T1),and 1 week(T2),2 weeks(T3),and 4 weeks(T4)after all treatments,the pain level of the patients was evalu-ated using the visual analogue scale(VAS).At T0 and T4,the daily activity ability of the patients was assessed using the Pelvic Belt Questionnaire(PGQ)scale and the Roland-Morris Functional Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)scale,and the psychological condition of the patients was evaluated using the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)scale and the 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)scale.Results The VAS scores of both groups at T1,T2,T3,and T4 were all lower than those at T0,and the VAS scores of both groups at T2 and T3 were lower than those at T1 and T4(all P<0.05).The VAS scores at T1,T2,T3,and T4 in the group B were all lower than those in the group A.The PGQ and RMDQ scores at T4 in both groups were lower than those at T0,and the PGQ and RMDQ scores of the group B at T4 were lower than those of the group A(all P<0.05).The GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores at T4 in both groups were lower than those at T0(all P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in the GAD-7 or PHQ-9 scores between the two groups at T4(all P>0.05).Conclusions The combined application of KT and cheek acupuncture in the treatment of pregnancy-relat-ed PGP has a good clinical effect.It can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve their daily activity ability and psy-chological state.关键词
