黄蜀葵花制剂-甲花片防治急性放射性心肌损伤临床研究
Clinical study on prevention and treatment of acute radiation myocardial injury by Abelmoschus manihot

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate protective effects and underlying mechanisms of Abelmoschus manihot prepa-ration(Jiahua Tablets)on acute radiation-induced myocardial injury through serum biomarkers and traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores.Methods:A total of 69 patients with thoracic malignancies receiving radio-therapy were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(n=38)and experimental group(n=31)using ran-dom number table.The control group received conventional radiotherapy and myocardial protective therapy,while the experimental group additionally took Jiahua Tablets.Serum biomarkers were measured in both groups at 3 days be-fore radiotherapy and on the 7th day after radiotherapy.Changes in serum levels of soluble ST2(sST2),cardiac tro-ponin I(cTnI),thioredoxin(Trx),thioredoxin-interacting protein(TXNIP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),ho-mocysteine(Hey),and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:In the control group,post-treatment levels of sST2,cTnI,Trx,TXNIP,TNF-α,and Hey were significantly elevated compared to pre-treat-ment(all P<0.01).In the experimental group,these biomarkers showed only mild increases post-treatment,with no significant differences(P>0.05).No significant differences in pre-treatment biomarker levels(sST2,cTnI,Trx,TX-NIP,TNF-α,Hcy)were observed between the two groups(all P>0.05).Post-treatment TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,post-treatment levels of sST2,cTnI,Trx,TXNIP,TNF-α,and Hcy were markedly lower in the experimental group compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Abelmoschus manihot preparation(Jiahua Tablets)significantly reduces myocardial injury biomarkers,effectively improves oxidative stress and inflammation-related indicators,and alleviates TCM syndrome scores,demonstrating a clear protective effect against acute radiation-induced myocardial injury.The potential mechanisms may involve inhibition of oxidative stress and suppression of inflammatory signaling pathway activation.关键词
