基于"脏腑-经络-脑髓"病机转化探讨健忘的中医诊疗
Exploring diagnosis and treatment of pathogenesis transformation of forgetfulness between organs and brain marrow based on combination of disease and syndrome

Abstract
Amnesia is not only a clinically common independent disorder but also a prodromal symptom and clinical manifestation of various mental disorders.Currently,modern medicine has yet to fully elucidate its pathogene-sis,and clinical treatment options remain relatively limited.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),however,has devel-oped a relatively systematic understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms of amnesia and has accumulated extensive therapeutic experience.This study review ancient TCM literature on amnesia,revealing evolution of its pathogenic theories from a single-factor perspective to a coordinated regulatory model involving the viscera,meridians,and brain marrow.Building on this foundation and guided by integrative approach of disease-syndrome correlation,the study further explores differences in pathogenic mechanisms and treatment strategies of amnesia across various mental dis-orders,including the amnestic phase of Alzheimer's disease,cognitive impairment associated with cerebral small vessel disease,insomnia,and central fatigue-conditions commonly encountered in modern clinical practice.Providing new insights for integrated Chinese and Western medicine approach to prevention and treatment of amnesia and related diseases.关键词
