基于玄府学说探讨升清降浊法治疗脑病
Application of ascending lucidity and reducing turbidity in encephalopathy based on the Xuanfu theory

Abstract
The pathogenesis of intractable and rare brain diseases is complex,closely related to multiple sys-tems of the body with mutual interactions.With the advancement of modern medicine,increasing number of such dis-eases are being diagnosed.However,effective treatment methods remain lacking,posing significant threats and chal-lenges to human life and health.There is an urgent need to explore new therapeutic approaches by tracing the root causes.Xuanfu are extremely fine and widely distributed throughout internal and external structures of the human body.They serve as pathways for the ascending,descending,entering,and exiting movements of Qi,blood,body fluids essence,and are also the first sites where pathogens invade.Xuanfu favor openness and dislike closure.Their unobstr-ucted flow provides foundation for the normal physiological mechanisms of clear Qi ascending and turbid Qi descend-ing.These two aspects influence each other and play a decisive role in maintaining the proper functioning of Shenji.Modern medical research suggests that blood-brain barrier,microcirculation,ion channels,and signaling pathways share many structural and functional similarities with the Xuanfu,which may represent the scientific essence of Xuan-fu theory.This provides strong support for the application of the Xuanfu theory in intractable and rare brain diseases.Based on the Xuanfu theory and drawing from classical Chinese medicine,combined with clinical practice and the ex-pertise of renowned physicians,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the pathological progression of intractable and rare brain diseases.It proposes that interference between clear and turbid Qi,obstruction of Xuanfu,and dysfunc-tion of the Shenji constitutes the core pathogenesis.Furthermore,it introduces therapeutic approach centered on the ascending clear and descending turbid method to unblock Xuanfu and restore Shenji.The study highlights that ob-struction of the Xuanfu and interference between clear and turbid Qi influence each other,forming a vicious cycle.In-tractable and rare brain diseases often originate from minute lesions in the Xuanfu,progressing from quantitative changes to qualitative transformations.A microscopic syndrome differentiation system of Xuanfu-ascending clear and descending turbid-Shenji is constructed,emphasizing microscopic syndrome differentiation and preventive treatment before disease onset.This provides new therapeutic insights and clinical references for the treatment of intractable and rare brain diseases using traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
