基于游客体验感知的沉浸式森林旅游服务系统设计
THE DESIGN OF IMMERSIVE FOREST TOURISM SERVICE SYSTEM BASED ON TOURISTS'EXPERIENTIAL PERCEPTION

Abstract
This study aims to design an immersive forest tourism service system based on visitor experience perception,delving into its development pathways to enhance service quality within forest park attractions and meet visitors'personalised and diverse tourism experience requirements.Through field survey,questionnaire survey,qualitative research,user interviews and other ways to carry out user research,in-depth excavation of tourists'needs and expectations,combined with immersive experience technology,the use of service design tools to reconstruct the forest tourism mode.An immersive forest tourism service system integrating scenic services,interesting science and interactive experience was designed.The system provides an immersive tourism experience for tourists through the introduction of augmented reality technology,which provides a feasible and innovative solution to promote the development of forest tourism and forest ecological protection education.关键词
