摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the learning experiences of standardized training nurses after participating in virtual reality(VR)training based on situated learning theory,using"Investigation and Response to Outbreaks of Unexplained Diseases"as the case scenario.Methods 13 standardized training nurses who participated in the virtual reality-specific training program in Suining City from February to April 2024 were selected as research participants through purposive sampling.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with them,and thematic analysis was employed to organize and analyze the data.Results Based on the interview data,4 topics and 10 subtopics were identified:1)development of a sense of mastery in real situations(stimulating learning interest,meeting learning needs,gaining a sense of achievement);2)enhancement of comprehensive abilities(improving independent learning ability and improving clinical thinking ability);3)psychological transition from fear to security(providing opportunities for trial and error,and relieving anxiety);4)existing issues in situated learning theory-based VR training(suboptimal network stability,need for improved user-friendliness,and limited interaction forms).Conclusion Standardized training nurses highly appreciate the situated learning theory-based VR training.This training effectively meets their learning needs,demonstrates significant teaching effects,and aids in cultivating their clinical thinking abilities.
