Abstract
Objective To identify research hotspots and trends in Chinese and foreign nursing teaching rounds by analyzing relevant literature,aiming to propose corresponding development plans and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing teaching rounds.Methods Relevant articles were searched using nursing round-related keywords in core databases such as CNKI and Web of Science from January 2014 to October 2024.After data screening,CiteSpace was used to explore research hotspots and trends in nursing rounds through keyword frequency and cluster analysis.Results A total of 788 Chinese articles and 215 English articles were included.For Chinese and foreign articles,the keyword cluster map modularity Q values were 0.8406 and 0.7438,both>0.3,and the average cluster silhouette S values were 0.9527 and 0.8244,both>0.7,indicating stable,significant and reliable clustering structures.Conclusion Over the past decade,by incorporating diversified teaching models such as evidence-based nursing,flipped classrooms,VR and interdisciplinary cooperation,nursing teaching rounds strengthen cultural guidance and humanistic care,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating nursing talents with comprehensive competencies.关键词
