Abstract
In the context of building a leading country in education,the high-quality development of audit and evaluation requires a systematic approach across multiple dimensions,including guiding principles,methodological optimization,digital and intelligent empowerment,and application of outcomes.For guiding principles,alignment with the Outline of Plan for Building China into a Leading Country in Education(2024-2035)is essential,with full integration of the core mission of fostering virtue through education.The framework should prioritize enhancing independent talent cultivation and quality-oriented cultural development.In methodological optimization,a diversified mode is needed,emphasizing self-assessment,process-based evaluation,and developmental assessment.For digital-intelligent empowerment,intelligent evaluation tools should be developed to build multi-dimensional profiles of undergraduate education.Leveraging big data analysis,which should generate targeted improvement recommendations.Regarding outcome application,evaluation results must be deeply integrated into institutional development,with a focus on driving sustainable growth and continuous improvement.关键词
