社会交换理论下大学—企业产教融合关系治理机制的构建
Construction of Governance Mechanism for Industry-Education Integration of University-Enterprise by Social Exchange Theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on social exchange theory,it is found that the differences in the effectiveness of integrating industry and education are rooted in the refinement of relational governance.During the co-building stage of contractual relationships,multiple parties achieve strategic coupling between universities and enterprises through precise matching based on demand,formulation of benefit contracts,and setting of common goals.During the symbiotic relationship operation stage,multiple parties construct sustainable cooperative investment mechanisms through genuine interests,emotional connections,and problem-oriented approaches to foster a shared destiny community.During the dynamic relationship safeguarding stage,multiple parties establish a diversified monitoring and incentive mechanism as important paths to ensure that cooperation continues to be efficient and effective.Finally,a governance framework is established,driven by the triple core of interests-value-problems.关键词
