博弈论视角下市域产教联合体的建设路径和运行机制
Construction Path and Operating Mechanism of Municipal Industry-Education Consortium from the Perspective of Game Theory
摘要
Abstract
This article analyzes the asymmetric relationships among universities,enterprises,and government from the perspective of game theory,examining their primary tasks,strategic choices,and conflicts of interest.It also reveals the core contradictions in the institutional disconnect between educational supply and industrial demand,as well as the inherent flaws in the operational mechanisms,such as non-market-based interest distribution and the fragility of long-term cooperation.To address these issues,the article proposes to establish a demand-driven dynamic calibration mechanism for educational supply,a governance mechanism for resource sharing with clear property rights,and an incentive-compatible collaborative mechanism among stakeholders.In addition,this article also proposes to improve the interest distribution system,establish an educational response mechanism,and construct a collaborative policy framework.These recommendations aim to improve the institutional framework and operational efficiency of municipal industry-education consortiums.关键词
