中国高等教育环境承载力评价指标体系及其测算
Evaluation Index System and Measurement of Environmental Carrying Capacity for Higher Education in China

Abstract
This study draws on the DPSIR model to construct a higher education environmental carrying capacity evaluation index system encompassing five categories of factors and 23 indicators.Multiple Chinese provinces were selected as research subjects for quantitative assessment through principal component analysis and the entropy weight method.The results indicate that provincial higher education environmental carrying capacity forms three distinct zones(high,medium,and low carrying capacity).Based on these findings,the study recommends the following measures,i.e.,implementing differentiated higher education development strategies while exploring cross-regional collaboration,strengthening economic-education synergy to leverage economic drivers for balanced regional development,conducting precise population forecasting to dynamically adjust educational resource allocation,leading institutional capacity expansion and quality improvement through diversified funding channels,establishing flexible faculty management systems to optimize student-teacher ratios,and optimizing teacher resource allocation to boost higher education environmental adaptability.关键词
