无创神经调控技术在帕金森病康复治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of precise non-invasive neuromodulation technology in the rehabilitation treatment of Parkinson's disease
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases.Currently,pharmacological treatment remains the most important therapeutic approach.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the treatment of PD using non-invasive neuromodulation methods.These methods,when combined with pharmacological therapy,can significantly enhance efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.This type of technology enables precise treatment through targeted modulation of specific neural circuits.This article reviews the current application of various neuromodulation techniques in the precise rehabilitation treatment of PD,including transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS),transcranial focused ultrasound(tFUS),and transcranial photobiomodulation(tPBM).关键词
