智能可穿戴方案应用于腰椎术后康复的前瞻性研究
Prospective study on the application of intelligent wearable devices in postoperative rehabilitation following lumbar spine surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of intelligent wearable devices in post-lumbar surgery rehabilitation.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent lumbar fusion surgery and received rehabilitation at Shanghai Ruijin Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected as research subjects.Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).All patients received conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the intervention group used smart wearable devices additionally for rehabilitation training.The pain,lumbar function and living ability were assessed using visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,and modified Barthel index before and after 2-week intervention.The patient compliance and treatment satisfaction were also observed.Results Fifty-eight patients were included in total:30 in the observation group and 28 in the control group.No adverse events such as falls occurred.The intervention group showed better improvements in pain relief,functional recovery,and quality of life compared to those in the control group(all P＜0.05),with higher patient compliance and satisfaction(both P＜0.05).Conclusion It's indicated that smart wearable devices can effectively promote rehabilitation progress after lumbar surgery and have good clinical application prospects.关键词
