单下肢智能康复机器人联合传统康复训练对脑卒中患者步行功能恢复的疗效观察
Efficacy of single-lower-limb intelligent rehabilitation robot combined with traditional rehabilitation training on the recovery of walking function in stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of single-lower-limb intelligent rehabilitation robot combined with traditional rehabilitation training on the recovery of walking function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 36 stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=18,traditional training)and a trial group(n=18,traditional training+robot training).Before and after 20 training sessions,the Berg balance scale,10-meter walking time,6-minute walking test,and three-dimensional gait analysis(hip/knee flexion angle,pelvic tilt angle,ankle dorsiflexion angle)were evaluated.Results After intervention,both groups showed improved lower limb function,but the trial group had significantly higher Berg scores,shorter 10-meter walking time,longer 6-minute walking distance,and better gait parameters(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both treatment regimens improve the lower limb motor function in the stroke patients.However,the single-lower-limb intelligent rehabilitation robot combined with traditional rehabilitation training demonstrates more significant improvements in lower limb motor function and walking ability in post-stroke hemiplegic patients.关键词
