牙周炎与高血压相关性的研究进展
Research progress of the impact of periodontitis on hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Periodontitis increases the risk of hypertension and its negative impact on the control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients.In addition,after periodontal treatment in patients with hypertension combined with periodontitis,the patients' blood pressure was reduced to some extent.The possible mechanisms by which periodontitis affects hypertension include periodontal pathogens,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and endothelial dysfunction.In addition,recent studies have shown that the neutrophil extracellular traps may also be one of the mechanisms explaining the impact of periodontitis on hypertension.This article reviews recent studies on the impact of periodontitis on hypertension and the possible mechanisms,with a view to raising awareness of oral health as well as providing references for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.关键词
