经皮穴位电刺激序贯疗法联合腔内理疗对肾阴虚型薄型子宫内膜患者妊娠率的影响
Effect of sequential transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with intracavitary physiotherapy on pregnancy rate in patients with thin endometrium of kidney Yin deficiency pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of sequential transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)combined with intracavitary physiotherapy on the pregnancy rate in patients with thin endometrium(TE)of kidney Yin deficiency pattern.Method Ninety-eight patients with TE of kidney Yin deficiency pattern were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received intracavitary physiotherapy,while the study group received sequential TEAS combined with intracavitary physiotherapy.The changes in endometrial thickness,uterine hemodynamic parameters[uterine artery pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The pregnancy rates within one year after treatment were also compared.Result After treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the endometrial thickness in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,PBAC scores increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the PBAC score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both PI and RI decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the PI and RI in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The pregnancy rate within one year after treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with intracavitary physiotherapy alone,sequential TEAS combined with intracavitary physiotherapy can better improve clinical symptoms,increase endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume,improve uterine perfusion,and enhance the pregnancy rate in patients with TE of kidney Yin deficiency pattern.关键词
