不同介入时机针刺治疗原发性痛经的临床研究
Clinical study of acupuncture at different intervention time for primary dysmenorrhea
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at different intervention times for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)of excess syndrome.Method A total of 90 patients with excess syndrome PD were enrolled and randomly divided into a menstruation-phase acupuncture group,an intermenstrual-phase acupuncture group,and a premenstrual-phase acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The changes in the visual analog scale(VAS)score,COX menstrual symptom scale(CMSS)score,and serum levels of oxytocin(OT),β-endorphin(β-EP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were observed,and the safety among the three groups was compared.Result After treatment,the pain VAS scores,CMSS scores,and serum levels of OT and TNF-α decreased in all three groups(P＜0.05).The serum β-EP levels showed an increasing trend in all groups,but the difference was not statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P＞0.05).In the inter-group comparison after treatment,the premenstrual-phase acupuncture group showed superior outcomes in pain VAS score,CMSS score,and serum levels of OT,TNF-α,and β-EP compared to the other two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture intervention at different times can alleviate pain and improve accompanying symptoms in patients with excess syndrome PD,with the premenstrual phase intervention tending to yield the optimal therapeutic effect.关键词
