通督益神针法治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效观察
Efficacy observation of Tong Du Yi Shen acupuncture on post-stroke depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tong Du Yi Shen acupuncture method in treating post-stroke depression.Method A randomized controlled trial was conducted.One hundred and two patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled.A random sequence was generated using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Patients were numbered according to the order of enrollment and assigned random numbers,then divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group additionally received oral Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets,while the treatment group additionally received Tong Du Yi Shen acupuncture method.Changes in scores of the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),and activity of daily living(ADL)scale were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and homocysteine(Hcy)were also measured before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate was 81.8%in the control group and 95.6%in the treatment group,with the treatment group showing a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,HAMD and NIHSS scores decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),while ADL scores increased(P＜0.05).Intergroup comparison showed that the treatment group had lower HAMD and NIHSS scores(P＜0.05)and higher ADL scores(P＜0.05)than the control group.After treatment,serum 5-HT levels increased in both groups(P＜0.05),while serum Hcy levels decreased(P＜0.05).Intergroup comparison revealed that the treatment group had higher serum 5-HT levels(P＜0.05)and lower serum Hcy levels(P＜0.05)than the control group.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Tong Du Yi Shen acupuncture method is superior to oral Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in treating post-stroke depression.It can more effectively improve depressive symptoms,alleviate neurological deficits,and enhance patients'daily living ability.关键词
