灸法治疗肝癌疼痛的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of moxibustion for pain in liver cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dai Wen moxibustion paste therapy based on the theory of treating Zang-organs by moxibustion along meridians for pain in liver cancer.Method Sixty patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer and experiencing cancer pain were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of visits using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional analgesic therapy with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The observation group received additional Dai Wen moxibustion paste application at acupoints selected based on the theory of treating Zang-organs by moxibustion along meridians,while the control group received the paste application at Ashi points.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Changes in the visual analog scale(VAS)score,analgesic dosage,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score,and frequency of breakthrough pain episodes were observed before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group and 76.7%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P＜0.05).Compared before treatment,both groups showed improvements in VAS score,analgesic dosage,and KPS score after treatment(P＜0.05).In the between-group comparison after treatment,the observation group demonstrated superior outcomes in VAS score,analgesic dosage,and KPS score compared to the control group(P＜0.05).During the study,the frequency of breakthrough pain episodes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional analgesic therapy,the application of Dai Wen moxibustion paste guided by the theory of treating Zang-organs by moxibustion along meridians can better alleviate pain,reduce analgesic dosage,decrease the frequency of breakthrough pain episodes,and improve clinical efficacy in patients with liver cancer pain.关键词
