从运输到体验:旅游赋能铁路遗产再生的路径与模式OA

Focusing on the regeneration pathways and models of railway heritage,this study systematically examines the origin relationship between railways and modern tourism,the heritage crisis triggered by the decline of railways,and the corresponding strategies adopted by various countries.It highlights four major models of railway heritage regeneration empowered by tourism and reflects on their essence and challenges.The research finds that:initially,railways became a key driver of modern tourism development by giving rise to railway hotels and facilitating large-scale mobility;after the 20th century,due to competition from highways and air travel,railways declined and faced a"heritage crisis".In response,different countries implemented varied strategies,with tourism-empowered living heritage conservation emerging as the mainstream approach.This includes four primary models-"railway+sightseeing","railway theme parks","railway+cruise"and"themed trains"-whose core lies in transforming railways from"transportation tools"into"temporal-spatial theatres",thereby reconstructing the value chain of railway heritage through the experience economy.Looking ahead,the regeneration of railway heritage requires functional reorganisation from transport to experience,spatial reconstruction from folding to extension,and cultural reinvention from professional to public engagement.
