International Experience and Chinese Model of Active Protection of Heritage Railways
摘要
Abstract
Active operation is an important path for the protection and utilisation of international railway heritage,and an important basis for the recognition of heritage railways.Through data analysis of 364 global cases,this paper takes the internal logic of value driven,model implementation,legal protection,implementation operation,and benefit feedback system operation as the framework,and analyses the mature experience of global heritage railway operation.It explores the roles and cooperation mechanisms of government,civil organisations,and enterprises in the operation and development of heritage railways.Combining with the current status and challenges of active utilisation of heritage railways in China,it attempts to propose a Chinese model of heritage railways that introduces non-profit organisations and tripartite regional benefit synergy.关键词
