Application of the Suitability Evaluation Model in the Regeneration of Idle Railway Space
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the utilisation of idle space resources in conventional-speed railways,improve the surrounding ecological environment,and promote economic development along railway lines,the study conducts a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the regeneration suitability of idle railway spaces along four lines in western Beijing-Fengsha Railway,Jingmen Railway,Liangcheng Railway,and Jingyuan Railway,providing a basis for determining development directions and key nodes during their regeneration process.Employing the weighted linear combination method,the study establishes a spatial suitability evaluation model from four dimensions:ecological,cultural-tourism,transportation,and social.It assesses the public space regeneration suitability and transportation-culture-tourism regeneration suitability of the idle railway spaces in western Beijing.Based on the evaluation results,the study summarises the regeneration suitability of these four railway lines,aiming to facilitate the revitalisation of idle spaces in existing conventional-speed railways and support the economic and social development of surrounding regions.关键词
