Abstract
Historical station buildings are an important type of railway heritage.In the process of high-speed railway construction and existing railway reconstruction in Europe and Japan in recent years,it is generally necessary to rebuild and expand railway stations located in the centre of the city.How to balance the protection of railway heritage and the realisation of new railway functions is an important issue facing the transformation of railway stations with historical value.The transformation of through-type and end-type stations should weigh the pros and cons based on the actual conditions,and choose between planar expansion,underground transformation or other combinations,and also puts forward some suggestions for the protection of railway heritage such as historical station buildings in the future of China's"high-speed rail into the city".关键词
