Pathogenesis and Treatment of Simple Obesity Based on the"Xuanfu-Triple Ener-gizer"Theory and the Immune Microenvironment of Adipose Tissue

Abstract
Simple obesity,a global health challenge rooted in energy metabolism imbalance,is closely associated with the immune microenvironment disorder of adipose tissue.This study elucidates the pathogenesis and therapeutic strate-gies for simple obesity by integrating the"Xuanfu-triple energizer"theory from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with adipose tissue immunomodulation mechanisms in modern medicine.The"Xuanfu"is a microscopic channel system for the distribution of qi,blood,and body fluids,while"triple energizer"regulates qi and liquid circulation.They govern metabolic homeostasis in the body in a coordinated effort.Based on the"Xuanfu-triple energizer"theory,the pathogenesis of simple obesity is illustrated as follows.Simple obesity originates from spleen-stomach Xuanfu occlusion and middle energizer dys-function,with core pathogenesis characterized by the depression and stagnation of"Xuanfu-triple energizer",impaired qi and fluid circulation,as well as abnormal accumulation of grease and lipid.Therapeutic strategies should prioritize dredging Xuanfu and regulating the triple energizer.According to modern research,it is proposed that the immune microenvironment imbalance of adipose tissue serves as a critical mechanism of obesity.Therefore,in obesity treatment,key targets are regula-ting the immune microenvironment imbalance of adipose tissue,and ameliorating chronic inflammation and energy metabo-lism imbalance.This paper integrates the"Xuanfu-triple energizer"theory with the immune microenvironment of adipose tissue to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of simple obesity,aiming to provide novel insights into the integrative treat-ment of simple obesity by traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
