我国桥本甲状腺炎的文献计量及可视化分析
Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status,hotspots,and frontiers of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)in China through bibliometric methods,including frequency statistics,co-occurrence analysis,and burst analysis.Methods The Wanfang database,VIP,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched using computerized meth-ods.Then,CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were employed for statistical analysis of the annual publication volume,au-thors,institutions,and others,as well as for keyword co-occurrence and burst analysis to create a visualized knowledge map.Results A total of 9218 HT-related literature were included in this study,showing an overall significant growth trend in annual publication volume.Authors such as GAO Tianshu,ZHANG Lan,and ZUO Xinhe were productive research-ers in this field.The most productive research institutions were the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which had extensive collaboration with other in-stitutions.Keywords below constituted the hot topics in research:Hashimoto's thyroiditis,autoimmune thyroid disease,and thyroglobulin antibody.Commonly used diagnostic methods were thyroid ultrasound and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody testing,while the main medications to treat HT were levothyroxine sodium,selenium yeast,and vitamin D.Conclusion HT research has received significant attention in the Chinese academic community,with key research areas involving the patho-genesis and co-morbidities of HT,multi-targeted systemic regulatory mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the interaction between the gut microbiota and HT.关键词
