不同口服中成药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的网状Meta分析
Network Meta-Analysis of Oral Chinese Patent Medicines for Pediatric Viral Myo-carditis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different oral Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)com-bined with conventional therapy(CT)for pediatric viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods Chinese and English databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published up to January 1,2024.A total of 39 RCTs involving 3,411 patients and 8 types of oral CPMs were included in a network meta-analysis.Results Compared with CT alone,the top two CPMs combined with CT in the statistical uncertainty in the cumulative ranking area(SUCRA)ranking in each category were:(1)Clinical efficacy:Ningxin granules and Yudan Rongxin pills.(2)ECG efficacy:Yudan Rongxin pills and Xinji Kang granules.(3)Reduction in creatine kinase(CK):Ningxin granules and Huangqi granules.(4)Reduction in creatine kinase-mb(CK-MB):Fufang Danshen dropping pills and Huangqi granules.(5)Reduction in lactate dehydrogenase(LDH):Huangqi granules and Qidong Yixin oral liquid.(6)Reduction in cardiac troponin I(cTnI):Huangqi granules and Xinji Kang granules.(7)Improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF):Ningxin granules and Xinji Kang gran-ules.Conclusion Different oral PCMs combined with CT are superior to CT alone in improving clinical efficacy,ECG effi-cacy,and reducing myocardial enzyme spectrum(CK,CK-MB,LDH,and cTnI)and LVEF.However,due to the generally low quality of the included studies,limited sample sizes for some PCMs,and the lack of direct comparisons,the results re-quire further validation.关键词
