神曲消食口服液治疗儿童功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性的Meta分析
Meta Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid in Treating Children with Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective To comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wan-fang Data,VIP,CBM,Embase,PubMed,and Cochrane Library were searched for the relevant articles published from incep-tion to May 1,2024.Two researchers screened the clinical randomized controlled trials on Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid in the treatment of FD in children according to inclusion criteria.The quality of included articles was evaluated according to the Cochrane Handbook version 5.1.RevMan 5.4.1 was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 16 articles were includ-ed,involving 1 644 children with FD,among which 830 children were treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid alone or com-bined with Western medicine,and 814 children were treated with conventional Western medicine.The results of meta-analysis showed that the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid group yielded higher total response rate(RR=1.21;95％CI:1.13 to 1.31,P＜0.000 01)and cure rate(RR=1.43;95％CI:1.21 to 1.70,P＜0.000 1)than the conventional Western medi-cine group.Furthermore,the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid group outperformed the conventional Western medicine group in re-ducing the time to relief of nausea(WMD=-1.18;95％CI:-1.72 to-0.65,P＜0.000 1),epigastric pain(WMD=-0.97;95％CI:-1.85 to-0.10,P=0.03),and loss of appetite(WMD=-1.16;95％CI:-1.70 to-0.61,P＜0.000 1),as well as alleviating nausea(SMD=-1.35;95％CI:-1.97 to-0.74,P＜0.000 1),epigastric pain(SMD=-2.63;95％CI:-4.74 to-0.53,P=0.01),epigastric fullness(SMD=-2.35;95％CI:-3.68 to-1.02,P=0.000 5),and anorexia and early satiety(SMD=-2.75;95％CI:-3.64 to-1.86,P＜0.000 01).Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid excelled in recovering the serum motilin level(WMD=23.01;95％CI:0.69 to 45.34,P=0.04),while it showed no statistically significant advantages in recovering the serum gastrin level(WMD=1.89;95％CI:-8.74 to 12.52,P=0.73),or reduc-ing the incidence of adverse reactions(RR=0.74;95％CI:0.49 to 1.13,P=0.16).The sensitivity analysis showed that the results were stable.Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid is superior to conventional western medicine in the treat-ment of FD in children.However,due to the quantity and quality of included articles and the risk of publication bias,it is still necessary to conduct reasonably designed large-sample,multi-region,high-quality,prospective,randomized,con-trolled,double-blind trials to strengthen the clinical evidence.关键词
