LIU Daxin Treats Allergic Rhinitis Based on the"Regulating the Body and Spirit"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Bi Qiu,corresponding to allergic rhinitis in Western medicine,is a disease prevalent in the otolaryngol-ogy department whose symptom complex significantly impacts patients' occupational performance,social functioning,and psychological well-being.Professor LIU Daxin elucidates that its pathogenesis centers on visceral disharmony involving lung,spleen,and kidney,characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,often accompanied by emotional disorders,including anxiety and depression.This is the theoretical connotation of"comorbidities of the body and spirit".Therefore,the"co-observation of body and spirit"principle should be followed in clinical practice.Therapeutic interven-tion emphasizes spleen-lung reinforcement to consolidate root,and nasal orifice relieving to regulate the body,while incor-porating liver-soothing and depression-relieving therapy to harmonize qi movement and psychological counseling to bal-ance emotional states.This integrated"regulating the body and spirit"system,clinically validated for its significant thera-peutic efficacy,warrants academic preservation.关键词
