刘松山教授"攻守兼备"治疗老年急性白血病经验探析
Professor LIU Songshan's Experience in Treating Senile Acute Leukemia with both Elimination and Reinforcing

Abstract
Senile acute leukemia refers to leukemia in a special group of patients who are over 60 years old and has clinical characteristics of difficult treatment,short survival periods,and difficult survival.The disease presents latent,a-typical,and highly deceptive symptoms in the early stage,rapid progression,complex disease conditions,and diverse com-plications in the attack stage,and easy recurrence and poor prognosis after treatment,posing a challenge to clinical treat-ment.At present,Western medical treatment of this disease mainly relies on hormones,immunosuppressants,targeted thera-py,and chemotherapy,among which chemotherapy is the most widely used since it can effectively prolong the survival.However,chemotherapy suffers from severe side effects,poor sensitivity,and unstable treatment effects.Professor LIU Song-shan advocates the idea of elimination with Western medicine and reinforcing with traditional Chinese medicine.In view of the poor physical constitution and poor tolerance to chemotherapy,Professor LIU proposes ideal clinical treatment plans,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of this disease and prolong the survival of patients.Finally,this paper il-lustrates Professor LIU's experience in treating this disease with a typical medical case.关键词
