摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of long period of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,low efficiency of transformation and inactive technology trading,the whole process public service platform for technology trading is proposed and designed conform to regional characteristics,through network and field research analysis.The platform is intended to adopt B/S structure,the foreground page uses the Vue framework,the background uses the SSM framework,and the bottom uses the Oracle database.The platform can not only gather scattered scientific and technological resources to promote industry-university-research cooperation among enterprises,universities and institutes,but also carry out online technology trading and realize statistical analysis of scientific and technological big data.关键词
