Empowering Financial New Quality Productive Forces Through Industry-Education Integration in the Digital Economy Era
摘要
Abstract
The in-depth application of digital technology has not only reshaped the production methods of the financial industry,but also provided new technological pathways and implementation tools for innovation in financial vocational education.Against this backdrop,this paper explores the practical challenges and underlying causes of industry-education integration empowering the development of new quality productive forces in the financial sector within the digital economy,based on the Marxist theory of the three elements of productivity.Furthermore,it proposes strategies to effectively leverage industry-education integration in empowering new quality productive forces in finance.These strategies include reconstructing a"finance+technology"interdisciplinary talent cultivation system,promoting the deep integration of intelligent teaching mediums,and innovating industry-education integration models to meet the demands of new forms of labor objects.关键词
