Abstract
The change of the CPC leadership from the Central Executive Committee to the Central Committee is not a simple change of title,but is influenced by complex subjective and objective fac-tors.The adjustment of the central leadership at the Fifth National Congress of the CPC was the re-sult of structural defects in the Central Executive Committee of the CPC,differences of opinion and friction between the Central Committee members and between the central and local party branches.The abolition of the Central Executive Committee and the establishment of the Central Committee re-flect the CPC's determination to seek more efficient governance and decision-making through the adjustment and optimization of the power structure within the party.The adjustment of the leadership at the Fifth National Congress of the CPC in the perspective of the international communist movement can better present the decision-making logic of the CPC on the issue of organizational structure,and reveal the inherent connection between the geopolitical interests of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks)and the Comintern and the adjustment of the CPC leadership.关键词
