摘要

Abstract

Yunnan Province is the main production area of China's coffee industry.Under the current rural revitalization strategy,the planting of coffee industry is related to the practical interests of coffee farmers and the sustainable development of China's coffee industry.Taking the coffee planting industry in Yunnan Province as the research object,hot spot analysis tools were used to analyze its spatial distribution,and natural factors,social factors,economic factors,and crop planting scale were used as influencing factors.Based on Geodetector and Geographically weighted regression models(GWR models),important factors affecting the coffee planting industry were preliminarily explored from a global,local,and heterogeneous perspective.The results show that:(1)The distribution of coffee planting areas is relatively concentrated,mainly distributed in the western and southern parts of Yunnan Province.Among them,Pu'er City had the largest distribution area of coffee planting,accounting for 49.25%of the province's planting area and 42.04%of the total production in 2021.The hot spots of coffee planting industry distribution are concentrated in the southwest of Yunnan Province,all of which have a large area of coffee planting,and their area is much larger than the cold spot area,accounting for more than 17%of the total area of Yunnan;(2)The temperature of the coldest month is the main factor affecting coffee production per unit area,and market conditions and policies are the main factors affecting its industrial scale and production.The Geodetector results show that the q value of the coldest month temperature factor is about 0.39,and its interaction with the precipitation factor from February to March has a q value of 0.60.The absolute value of the regression coefficient for this factor is the highest in the GWR results,indicating that the coldest month temperature has the greatest impact on coffee yield.This study has certain reference value for further understanding the distribution of Yunnan's coffee planting industry and effectively identifying its influencing factors,as well as for the healthy development of Yunnan's coffee industry and the promotion of local rural revitalization policies.
