雅鲁藏布江中游米林地区河谷植物群落构建及其驱动因素
Plant community construction and its driving factors of Mainling region in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River riparian zone

Abstract
In order to examine the plant community composition,distribution pattern and their driving factors and community stability in Mainling region in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River,11 sampling points were set up along the river valley with a total of 55 samples(tall shrubby woodland:10 m×10 m;dwarf shrub:5 m×5 m)to collect vegetation data.The relationship between species diversity and environmental factors was analyzed by using generalized additive model polynomial regression analysis and redundancy analysis(RDA).The niche characteristic,relative resource occupancy,and ecological response rate of dominant plant species were analyzed combining the overall connectivity of the community and interspecific association of dominant plant species to discuss the stability and succession trend of plant community.A total of 209 species were recorded in there,belonging to 34 families and 92 genera with the dominant families of Asteraceae,Rosaceae,Lamiaceae and Fabaceae,and the dominant genera of Cotoneaster,Artemisia and Nepeta.The species richness of herbaceous layer was negatively correlated with altitude significantly(P<0.05),while the species richness of the shrub layer was positively correlated with degree of slope significantly(P<0.05).The overall species richness of the plant community was mostly composed of herbaceous species.RDA analysis and variance decomposition revealed that soil pH had the greatest impact on species distribution patterns,and the highest explanatory rate of soil factors was 24%.The ecological niche overlap of dominant plant species in the Mainling region was low,and the dominant species in community were generally in the developmental stage.The overall connectivity of the community was insignificant negative connection,and the correlation between dominant species was mostly negative causing poor community instability.关键词
