摘要

Abstract

To obtain the mycelial protein of Neurospora intermedia OK rapidly and efficiently,we optimized the corresponding medium composition and culture conditions for liquid fermentation through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.As a result,the optimal medium components for mycelial protein were composed of sucrose(34 g/L),yeast extract(5 g/L),MgSO4(1.5 g/L),and vitamin B2(0.1 g/L).The optimal fermentation conditions were initial fermentation at pH 6,fermentation time for 5 days,fermentation temperature at 28℃,and fermentation rotation speed at 180 r/min.Through the improvement in this study,the mycelial protein yield could reach 3.64 g/L,which was 230.91%higher than the protein yield from the original basic medium.
