摘要

Abstract

Cultivation of innovative talents is not only one of the national strategic demands in constructing our country with new productive forces,but also of great significance in enhancing China's global competitiveness.Despite a huge scale of colleges and universities in our country,it is critical to cultivate undergraduate students with innovative thinking,entrepreneurship and scientific research training practices.Ultimately,a momentous talent reserve is continuously supplied for building an innovation-oriented country.According to our teaching experience in the cultivation of college students,along with the consideration of scientific research ability development under the guidance of national policy,we put forward the Three-in-One system model(i.e.,Research training+Discipline competition+Graduation project)in developing the talented students of bioengineering.The major accomplishments from this model include the First-prize in national discipline competition,the Silver-award in provincial Internet Plus competition,the numbers of SCI indexed publications and the provincial excellent graduates,etc.Our proposal of Three-in-One system model and the data analysis from actual execution will provide reference for undergraduate education in the new era.
