老年心房颤动射频消融术后病人体力活动变化轨迹的潜在类别及其影响因素
Potential categories of physical activity trajectories in elderly patients after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation and their influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the potential categories of physical activity trajectories in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation and explore their influencing factors.Methods:A total of 221 elderly patients scheduled for radiofrequency ablation due to atrial fibrillation were recruited from the cardiology department of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai between January and October 2024.Questionnaires,including the Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly(PASE),Self-Efficacy for Exercise Scale(SEE),Exercise Social Support Scale(ESSS),and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),were administered before surgery and at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months postoperatively.A latent class growth model was used to identify potential categories of physical activity trajectories.Logistic regression analysis was applied to examine the influencing factors of these categories.Results:The physical activity trajectories of elderly patients after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation were categorized into a high-level-significant decline group(58.4%)and a medium-level-fluctuating recovery group(41.6%).Logistic regression analysis revealed that age,use of novel anticoagulants,regular exercise before hospitalization,and anxiety and depression scores were influencing factors of the physical activity trajectory categories(P<0.05).Conclusions:There is population heterogeneity in physical activity trajectories among elderly patients after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation.Nurses should develop and implement dynamic and personalized rehabilitation intervention plans based on the potential categories of physical activity trajectories and their influencing factors.关键词
