糖尿病病人跌倒风险感知与客观跌倒风险的一致性及其影响因素
Consistency between perceived fall risk and objective fall risk in patients with diabetes mellitus and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the consistency between perceived fall risk and objective fall risk in patients with diabetes mellitus,to analyze its influencing factors,so as to help patients accurately perceive fall risk, and to provide reference for fall prevention. Methods:A total of 284 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected from the endocrinology departments of 2 tertiary grade A hospitals from January 2024 to June 2024.The General Information Questionnaire,Fall Risk Perception Questionnaire(FRPQ),and Morse Fall Scale(MFS)were used for investigation and analysis. Results:Consistency analysis of 284 patients with diabetes mellitus showed that 137 cases(48.24%)underestimated fall risk,102 cases(35.92%)had consistent perception with objective risk, and 45 cases(15.84%)overestimated fall risk. The consistency between perceived fall risk and objective fall risk in patients with diabetes mellitus was low(Kappa=0.040).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level, type of walking aid used for activities, and self-perceived activity ability were influencing factors for underestimating fall risk(P<0.05),while age, presence of foot damage, disease duration, and history of falls in the past 3 months were influencing factors for over estimating fall risk(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with diabetes mellitus have deviations in fall risk perception, and most patients underestimate fall risk.Medical staff should evaluate patients' fall risk perception early and compare it with their objective fall risk to implement personalized fall prevention strategies as early as possible.关键词
