摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a school-hospital-community education community model based on constructivist theory in chronic disease nursing education.Methods:Two undergraduate nursing classes of the grade 2022 cohort from Guilin Medical University were randomly divided into a research group(n=60)and a control group(n=62).The control group received traditional teaching methods.The research group students were taught using the school-hospital-community education community model based on constructivist theory,which integrated anchored case-based learning(CBL)with scenario-based school learning,scaffolded hospital practicum,and random-access community learning.After the intervention,critical thinking ability,chronic disease management competency,and final exam scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the research group students showed significantly higher critical thinking scores(301.25±14.34)compared to the control group(263.60±9.60),higher chronic disease management competency scores(149.57±11.37)versus the control group(136.37±10.60),and better final exam scores(90.65±6.26)than that of the control group(79.13±9.50).All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The school-hospital-community education community model based on constructivist theory could effectively enhance nursing students' critical thinking,chronic disease management competency,and learning outcomes in chronic disease education.
