"对口支援计划"背景下西部高校急危重护理"三度"育人模式的建构与实践

Abstract
Objective:To construct and practice the"three dimensions"education model for acute and critical care in western universities under the background of the"Pairing Assistance Program".Methods:Based on the"Pairing Assistance Program"proposed by the Ministry of Education to cultivate high-level specialized talents in western China,this study analyzed the problems in the training of acute and critical care nursing talents in western universities.The"Three Dimensions"education model was constructed from the perspectives of teaching philosophy,teaching system,and teaching mode,and implemented among nursing students enrolled from 2018 to 2021 at Guizhou Medical University.Results:The"three dimensions"education model,characterized by"breadth of cognition,depth of thinking,and warmth of practice,"was developed.It included nine dimensions:East-West integration,system restructuring,humanistic focus,digital-intelligent transformation,blended teaching,context adaptation,ideological and political education,holistic education,and value-added evaluation.Practical application among students showed significant improvements in academic performance and comprehensive competencies,contributing to the supply of outstanding acute and critical care nursing talents in western China.Teacher literacy also improved,and the curriculum model was promoted across multiple universities.It demonstrated strong regional demonstrative effect.Conclusions:The"three dimensions"education model has achieved notable educational outcomes.And it could provide new insights for higher medical education reform in western China.关键词
