Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the POI professional team-based precision nursing model combined with AIDET(acknowledge-introduce-duration-explanation-thank you)communication on the self-care ability and psychological status of patients after liver transplantation.Methods:A total of 64 patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received the POI professional team-based precision nursing model combined with AIDET communication in addition to routine care.Both groups were followed up until discharge.The outcomes measured included pain duration,hospital stay,pain intensity on postoperative day 1,psychological status,self-care ability,postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,and complication rates.Results:The observation group had significantly lower pain intensity on postoperative day 1 compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group exhibited shorter pain duration and hospital stay(P<0.05),as well as greater improvements in self-care scores(P<0.05).At discharge,93.75%and 96.88%of patients in the observation group had recovered physiological function and mobility,respectively,compared to 68.75%and 71.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.88%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.63%)(P<0.05).The complication rates were 9.38%and 18.75%in the observation and control groups,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The POI professional team-based precision nursing model combined with AIDET communication can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,improve psychological status,enhance self-care ability,promote recovery,and increase nursing satisfaction in patients after liver transplantation.关键词
