Application of mind map-guided 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients after thoracoscopic lung cancer resection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of mind map-guided 5E rehabilitation nursing on self-efficacy and prognosis in patients after thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.Methods:A total of 74 patients with lung cancer requiring thoracoscopic lung resection admitted to cardiothoracic surgery department of The 928th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=38)and an observation group(n=36).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received mind map-guided 5E rehabilitation nursing.Self-efficacy,treatment compliance,postoperative recovery,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was(101.23±11.53)points,significantly higher than that of the control group[(77.78±8.71)points].The treatment compliance of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter durations of chest tube retention,urinary catheter retention,time to postoperative ambulation,and time to anal exhaust compared to the control group.The complication rate in the observation group(5.26%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mind map-guided 5E rehabilitation nursing demonstrates favorable outcomes in patients after thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.It could help improve patients' self-efficacy and treatment compliance,reduce complications,and enhance prognosis.关键词
