Effect of lean nursing on patients' psychological status and imaging cooperation during magnetic resonance imaging examinations

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of lean nursing on patients' psychological status and imaging cooperation during magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examinations.Methods:A total of 100 patients scheduled to undergo MRI examinations at the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received lean nursing,which included psychological counseling,emotional support,relaxation training,and other measures.The anxiety levels,examination time,imaging cooperation,and image quality of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results:The anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at immediately after intervention,30 minutes after intervention,and 1 hour after intervention(P<0.05).The imaging cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in examination time and image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Lean nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety in patients undergoing MRI examinations and improve imaging cooperation,without affecting examination time or image quality.关键词
