棉田土壤微塑料分布及其对土壤特性的影响
The distribution of microplastics in cotton field soils and theirimpact on soil properties

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to accurately evaluate the impact of soil microplastics(MPs)on the properties of the plough layer soil.[Methods]Experimental plots under plastic film mulching(FM)and non-mulching(NM)cultivation were se-lected.Soil samples were collected from three depth layers:top layer(0~10 cm),middle layer(10~20 cm),and bottom lay-er(20~30 cm).The abundance of MPs(20~500 µm),along with total nitrogen(TN),soil organic carbon(SOC),and five soil enzyme activities(urease,URE;sucrase,SUC;Cellulase,CBH;Alkaline phosphatase,ALP;Catalase,CAT)were de-termined for each layer.Further more,a correlation analysis was conducted between the characteristic indicators of the plough layer soil and the number of MPs particles.[Results]A total of 26 types of MPs were detected in the plough layer soil.Analysis pf the seven predominant MPs revealed that under FM conditions,FR-MPs abundance increased with soil depth,while PU-,PE-,and ACR-MPs abundance decreased.The abundance of PET-MPs in the top and middle layers,and FR-MPs om the bottom layer,was significant or highly significantly higher under FM than under NM.Conversely,ACR-MPs abundance in the bottom layer was significantly higher under NM than under FM.SOC content in the top and middle layers was significantly or extremely significantly higher than under NM.PU-MPs and PE-MPs abundance showed a significant positive correlation with C/N ratio.CBH activity in the top and bottom layers was significantly higher under FM than under NM.In the middle layer,URE and CAT activities were significantly higher under FM than under NM.In contrast,CAT activity in the bottom layer was significantly lower under FM than under NM.PP-MPs abundance showed a significant positive correlation with both CBH and SUC activities.Similarly,ACR-MPs abundance was significantly positively correlated with CAT activity.[Conclu-sion]A total of 26 types of MPs,ranging from 20 to 500 μm in diameter,were detected in the plough layer of cotton fields.Among the seven major MPs analyzed,PE-MPs abundance was consistently higher under FM than under NM across all soil layers,while showing a decreasing trend with increasing soil depth.Correlation analysis revealed that MPs distribution affected both SOC content and soil enzyme activity.However,no consistent patterns were observed in soil properties across different plough layers or in their correlations with MPs.关键词
