摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effect of C.spinosa fumigation on the fungal diversity in the rhizo-sphere soil of cucumbers infected with Fusarium oxysporum.[Methods]Four treatments were applied to the cucumber rhizo-sphere soil:(A)untreated control;(B)inoculation with F.oxysporum only;(C)inoculation with F.oxysporum followed by fumigation with 0.05 g/kg chloropicrin;(D)inoculation with F.oxysporum followed by fumigation using 6.0 g/kg crushed C.spinosa plant material.The fungal communities were analyzed via high-throughput sequencing of the ITS region.[Results]The most abundant fungal genera across all samples were Fusarium,Mortierella,Dendrostilbella,Podospora,Pseudomonas,Schizothecium,Alternaria,Penicillium,Aspergillus and Phialemonium.Fumigation with 6.0 g/kg C.spinosa significantly reduced the abundance of Fusarium,while increasing the abundances of Mortierella,Bacillus clarkia,Corynespora,Pseudo-monas and Aspergillus.[Conclusion]C.spinosa fumigation can enhance the overall richness and diversity of fungi in cucumber rhizosphere soil.
